Analysis of the Application Value of Status-Background-Assessment-Recommendation Model in Follow-up of Down's Screening High-risk Pregnant Women
Objective To analyze the value of using the status-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)model in the follow-up of high-risk pregnant women with down's screening.Methods Retrospective selection of high-risk pregnant women undergoing down's screening at Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Routine intervention was given to the control group patients,while SBAR communication mode was given to the study group patients.The changes in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)levels before and after intervention were compared,as well as the intervention effect,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and intervention satisfaction between the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the study group showed an increase in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and pulse.The study group had a better improvement in SAS and SDS scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events,ineffective follow-up rate,and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and compliance was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);The satisfaction level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode to high-risk pregnant women with down's screening can effectively improve their anxiety and depression status,enhance the quality of intervention work,improve the cooperation between medical staff,and effectively enhance patient satisfaction.
