The Study on the Factors Influencing the Accuracy of Clinical Blood Biochemical Test Specimen Analysis
Objective To analyze the influence factors of blood sample examination accuracy in the clinical biochemical test and standardize the test procedures. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent blood biochemical tests during the period of January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects. The general data and examination results were retrospectively analyzed.According to the examination results, patients were assigned to accurate group and error group. The blood biochemical test results of patients were analyzed under different sample collection processes, testing methods, storage conditions, and operating methods,Substitute the differential terms into the logistic regression equation for calculation, and analyze the factors that affect the accuracy of biochemical test results. Results Among the 78 patients who underwent blood biochemistry tests, there were a total of 78 blood samples,of which 66 were accurately tested, accounting for 84.62%,and 12 were incorrectly tested, accounting for 15.38%.The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in sample collection, time of sending for examination, adequacy of blood volume for testing, barcode sticking, storage condition, examination process, instrument operating procedure, operating environment, working years of the examiners, diet and exercise of the patients, and psychological status(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the age and educational background of the examiners(P>0.05).Logistic regression equation indicated that the influence factors of examination accuracy included the sample collection, submission time, blood volume, bar code adhesion, storage conditions, examination procedures, instrument operation procedures, operating environment, the inspector's working years, the patient's diet, exercise and mental states(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of analyzing blood biochemical test specimens, the collection and delivery time, blood volume, bar code adhesion, storage conditions, testing process, instrument operating procedures, operating environment, working years of testing personnel, patient diet, exercise status, and psychological state all have important impacts on the accuracy of test results. Therefore,in future testing work, supervision and management should be strengthened to minimize errors in test results,Ensure the accuracy of the inspection results.
