Application of Internet Platform-Based Exercise Training Guidance in Home Rehabilitation for Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective To discuss the effect of Internet platform-based exercise training guidance in home rehabilitation of hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia who treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into control group(routine rehabilitation treatment)and study group(exercise training guidance + routine rehabilitation treatment based on Internet platform)with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. The compliance of rehabilitation training, motor function, balance function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of rehabilitation training in the research group was higher than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in motor function scores of upper and lower limb function between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1m,3m and 6m of treatment, the motor function scores of upper and lower limb of the research group were higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in balance ability and daily activity ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1m,3m and 6m of treatment, the balance and daily living activity scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet platform-based exercise training guidance can improve the home-based rehabilitation therapy compliance, motor function, balance function, daily living activity and treatment prognosis for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
