Observation on the therapeutic Effect of multimedia visual Function Training on the Rehabilitation Treatment of Amblyopia in Children
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of multimedia visual function training on the rehabilitation treatment of amblyopia in children. Methods A total of 102 children with amblyopia who visited the Second People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City from August 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and study group using a random single or even number drawing method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with dominant eye covering, while the study group received treatment with multimedia visual function training. The effective rates of two treatment groups,as well as the corrected visual acuity, refractive index, eye regulation function indicators, and visual evoked potential levels before and after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in corrected visual acuity and refractive index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the corrected visual acuity of the two groups improved compared to that before treatment, while refractive index decreased. The corrected visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group, but the refractive index was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of adjustment function indicators(P>0.05).After treatment, the adjustment amplitude and adjustment sensitivity of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment, and the adjustment hysteresis decreased. After treatment, the adjustment amplitude and adjustment sensitivity of the study group were higher than that of the control group, and the adjustment hysteresis was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the level of visual evoked potentials between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the latency test results of the two groups decreased compared to those before treatment, and the amplitude increased. The latency of the study group was lower than that of the control group, but the amplitude was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia visual function training can achieve ideal therapeutic effects in the rehabilitation of amblyopia in children. It has a clear improvement effect on eye regulation function and visual evoked potential, and is worthy of clinical application.
