Clinical Observation of Buzhongyiqi Decoction,Erchen decoction and Acupuncture in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of Buzhongyiqi decoction,Erchen decoction and acupuncture in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods A total of 65 COPD patients treated from August 2019 to August 2022 in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Rehabilitation Branch were selected.According to random number table,patients were assigned to control group(conventional Western medicine therapy)of 33 cases and observation group(using Buzhongyiqi decoction,Erchen decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group)of 32 cases.Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups;Symptom score;Score of symptoms such as cough,wheezing,expectoration,and lung breathing sounds before and after treatment;Blood gas analysis indicators such as partial pressure of blood oxygen(PaO2)and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2);Lung function indicators such as forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC,and vital capacity(VC);adverse reactions.Results The effective treatment rates in the observation group were higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before treatment,there were no significant between-group differences about the clinical symptom scores of cough,wheezing,expectoration and respiratory sound(P＞0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom scores of cough,wheezing,expectoration and respiratory sound in the observation group were lower than control group and the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05);before treatment,PaO2 and PaCO2 values between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05);after treatment,PaO2 values in the observation group were higher than control group,PaCO2 values in the observation group were lower than control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05);before treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and VC values between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05);after treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and VC values in the observation group were higher than control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the adverse reaction rates between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05).Conclusion Buzhongyiqi decoction,Erchen decoction and acupuncture has an ideal therapeutic effect on COPD patients,which can improve their clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis indicators,enhance their lung function,and is worth adopting.
