Clinical Observation on the therapeutic Effect of Fuyang Cupping combined with embedding Beans in Ear Points on Patients with functional Diarrhea of Spleen and Stomach Weakness Type
Objective To explore the clinical value of Fuyang cupping combined with embedding beans in ear points intervention in patients with functional diarrhea of spleen stomach weakness type.Methods A total of 66 patients with functional diarrhea of spleen and stomach weakness type admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(33 cases)received basic treatment methods,while the experimental group(33 cases)received Fuyang cupping combined with embedding beans in ear point on the basis of basic treatment methods.The symptom scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels,quality of life scores,and intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the symptom score,levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the symptom score and VIP level decreased,and the levels of GAS,MTL,and SF-36 score increased,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower symptom scores and VIP levels,higher GAS,MTL levels,and SF-36 scores after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Compared with the control group,the intervention effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher(96.97%vs 81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Fuyang cupping combined with embedding beans in ear points in patients with functional diarrhea of spleen and stomach weakness type can reduce symptom scores,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,enhance intervention effects and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
