The diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound parameters combined with serum β-h CG level in early EP parturients
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound parameters combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)level in early ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods A total of 85 pregnant women with suspected early EP who were admitted to Xinzheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were included in the study. All pregnant women received symptomatic treatment measures in the hospital, and serum β-hCG levels were measured at admission and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was performed. The pathological examination was used as the gold standard for EP diagnosis. The diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound parameters combined with serum β-hCG levels for early EP women was analyzed. Results Grouped according to the diagnostic results of maternal pathological examinations, the 85 cases were divided into 43 cases(50.59%)in the EP group and 42 cases(49.41%)in the non-EP group. The accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of EP was 83.53%,the accuracy of serum β-hCG in the diagnosis of EP was 81.18%,and the combined diagnosis of EP was 95.29%.The endometrial thickness and serum β-hCG level in the EP group were lower than those in the non-EP group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of maternal serum β-hCG levels and endometrial thickness and in combination for the diagnosis of maternal early EP was greater than 0.70,and the combination of the two had the highest diagnostic value. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound parameters combined with serum β-hCG level can improve the diagnostic value of EP.
