A Study on the Nursing Effect of Family-centered Rehabilitation Training in Infants with Delayed Motor Development
Objective To study the nursing effects of family-centered rehabilitation training in delayed motor development infants. Methods A total of 76 infants with delayed motor development admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from June 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received hospital rehabilitation exercise; The observation group underwent hospital rehabilitation exercise and family centered rehabilitation training.Group comparison results were concluded through the gross motor quotient(GMQ),fine motor quotient(FMQ),total motor quotient(TMQ),mental development index(MDI),psychomotor development index(PDI),gross motor function measure-88(GMFM-88)scores,growth and development index and the patient's nursing satisfaction. Results After intervention,GMQ,FMQ and TMQ values in the observation group were higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention, the GMFM-88 gross motor scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in lying and turning, sitting, crawling and kneeling, standing, walking and running, and jumping, with statistical significance(P<0.05);after intervention, the growth hormone(GH)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)indicators reflecting growth and development in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-centered rehabilitation training has a significant practical effect in infants, with delayed motor development, which can effectively improve improve their motor function, promote growth and development, enhance nursing effectiveness, and the family satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
