The Impact of Stage Nursing of Compliance Curve on Postoperative Cardiac Function and Exercise Tolerance in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of stage nursing of compliance curve on postoperative cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods 90 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical Higher Vocational School from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects,and were randomly divided into intervention group and reference group,45 cases each,using random number table method.The reference group received conventional nursing mode,and the intervention group combined with stage nursing of compliance curve,with continuous intervention for 6 months.The disease knowledge mastery,exercise compliance,and pre-and post-intervention quality of life[Quality of Life Assessment Table(QOL)],left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVEDD),Adult Health Self-Management Ability Evaluation Table(AHSMSRS),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and exercise tolerance[6 min walk test(6MWT)]of the two groups were compared.Results The knowledge mastery rate(95.56%)of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the exercise compliance rate(100.00%)of the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after intervention,the LVEF index of both groups significantly increased,and the LVEDD index significantly decreased,and the LVEF index of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the LVEDD index of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the AHSMSRS,QOL scores,and 6MWT level of both groups significantly increased,and the intervention group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The stage nursing of compliance curve can further improve patient compliance,promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery,and improve their quality of life.
