Application Study of Progressive Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Case Management Model in Children with Developmental Delay
Objective To explore the application of progressive rehabilitation nursing based on the case management model in children with developmental delay.Methods The clinical data of 62 children with developmental delay admitted to the Fourth Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical College,Xinxiang Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were analyzed,and they were divided into control group and observation group by equal random method,each with 31 cases.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given progressive rehabilitation nursing based on the case management model.The developmental quotient indicators,sensory integration ability,neurological deficit function,mental state,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of children and their families in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the gross motor quotient(GMQ),fine motor quotient(FMQ),and total motor quotient(TMQ)of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the learning ability,poor body sensation,and excessive tactile defense scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the neurological deficit function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the mental state score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing based on the case management model in children with developmental delay is significant,which can effectively improve the various indicators of the children and improve the nursing satisfaction of the children and their families.
