The Application Studies of Cognitive Nursing Interventions for Infertility Patients Using the Assisted Reproductive Technology
Objective Analyzing the clinical effects of cognitive nursing intervention in infertile patients undergoing assisted reproduction.Methods This study selected 80 infertile patients undergoing assisted reproduction who were admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University between January 2021 and January 2022.According to the lottery method,patients were assigned to reference group(n=40,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=40,cognitive nursing interventions).The mental states,cycle management,high quality embryo rates,pregnancy rates and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,SAS score and HAMD score of the experimental group were significantly lower than reference group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the cycle management scores of proper exercise,rational medication and diets,knowledge mastery and unhealthy living habit in the experimental group were significantly higher than reference group;the high quality embryo rates(85.00%)and pregnancy rates(75.00%)in the experimental group,were significantly higher than those in the reference group(55.00%)and pregnancy rate(75.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The service attitude score,communication ability score,professional technical score,and guidance ability score in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive nursing interventions can improve the psychological state of infertile patients undergoing assisted reproduction,as well as improve cycle management,high quality embryo and pregnancy rates,and the patient's nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
