摘要

目的 探析为消化内镜治疗患者采取在知信行理念基础上制定护理干预的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2月至 2023 年 2 月期间在商丘市第一人民医院接受消化内镜治疗方案干预患者 86 例为分析对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(联合知信行理念制定的护理干预),各 43 例.比较两组患者的心理状态、安全性情况及护理满意度.结果 护理后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均有所降低,且研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组不良事件发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(16.28%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组护理满意度(97.67%)高于对照组(62.79%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 知信行的护理模式对消化内镜治疗患者心理状态有良好改善作用,可降低不良事件发生率,同时可提高患者护理满意度,值得应用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effects of nursing interventions based on the concept of knowledge,belief,and practice for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy treatment.Methods A total of 86 patients who received digestive endoscopy treatment intervention in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the analysis subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(conventional nursing)and study group(nursing intervention formulated based on the concept of knowledge,belief,and practice)using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The psychological status,safety status,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group(2.33%)was lower than that in the control group(16.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(62.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of knowing,believing,and practicing has a good effect on improving the psychological status of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy treatment,reducing the incidence of adverse events,and improving patient satisfaction with nursing.It is worth applying.
