Effect of Nursing Mode based on Knowledge,Belief and Practice on psychological Status and Nursing safety Events of Patients undergoing digestive Endoscopy Treatment
Objective To explore the clinical effects of nursing interventions based on the concept of knowledge,belief,and practice for patients undergoing digestive endoscopy treatment.Methods A total of 86 patients who received digestive endoscopy treatment intervention in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the analysis subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(conventional nursing)and study group(nursing intervention formulated based on the concept of knowledge,belief,and practice)using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The psychological status,safety status,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group(2.33%)was lower than that in the control group(16.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(62.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of knowing,believing,and practicing has a good effect on improving the psychological status of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy treatment,reducing the incidence of adverse events,and improving patient satisfaction with nursing.It is worth applying.
