The Impact of Nursing Intervention on Self-Management Behavior and Psychological Resilience in Patients with Hepatitis B Cirrhosis
Objective To analyze the impact of nursing intervention on self-management behavior and psychological resilience in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods A total of 78 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,39 of them were included in the control group(given routine care),and the remaining 39 were included in the observation group(given nursing intervention on the basis of the previous group).The Coronary Self-Management Behavior Scale(CSMS),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),comprehensive quality of life assessment form(GQOL-74)scores,and satisfaction before and after intervention in the two groups were observed.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the CSMS scores and total scores of disease medicine,daily life,and emotional cognitive management between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the CSMS scores and total scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the CD-RISC scores and total scores of personal ability and adaptability between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the CD-RISC scores and total scores of both groups were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the GQOL-74 scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life status between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the GQOL-74 scores of both groups were higher than before,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(82.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis can improve their self-management behavior,enhance their psychological resilience,quality of life,and satisfaction,and is worth adopting.
