Effect of upper Limb Motor Control Evaluation and Training System on Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment using upper limb motor control evaluation and training system in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 62 stroke patients with hemiplegia who received rehabilitation treatment at Rongjun Hospital in Henan Province from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group using a random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, while the study group received upper limb motor control evaluation and training system treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of grip strength, upper limb function, functional independence, balance ability, and daily living ability. Results The pinching and gripping strength of the two groups increased after treatment compared to before. After treatment, the pinching and gripping strength of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of the Functional Independence Measure(FIM)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity(FMA-UE)were higher in the two groups after treatment compared to before treatment, the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores of the two groups increased compared to before treatment. After treatment, the study group had higher scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores of the two groups increased compared to before treatment. The scores of Modified Barthel Index Scale(MBI)in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the above-mentioned scores in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of upper limb motor control evaluation and training system in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegic can improve pinching and gripping strength, improve upper limb function and balance ability, enhance functional independence and daily living ability.
