The Impact of Tacrolimus Combined with Glucocorticoids on Renal Function and Immune Status in Patients with Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN).Methods A total of 140 patients with IMN admitted to the Department of Nephrology at Suixian Hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 were selected for the study. Two patients lost to follow-up were excluded.Patients were divided into a control group(68 cases)and an observation group(70 cases)according to the treatment plan.In addition to basic treatment, the control group received intravenous cyclophosphamide and oral prednisone acetate, while the observation group received oral prednisone acetate combined with tacrolimus. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated, and changes in renal function,immune-related indicators, and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, renal function and immune-related indicators in both groups improved significantly, with more ideal improvements in the observation group compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during treatment was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with glucocorticoids has significant efficacy in the treatment of IMN,and it has a positive effect on improving renal function and the body's immune status in patients with IMN.
