Effect of Amikacin and Isoniazid Bronchial Intervention combined with Quadruad Anti-tuberculosis on Lesion Absorption and Inflammation in Patients with Bronchial Tuberculosis
Objective To investigate the effects of amikacin and isoniazid bronchial intervention combined with quadruple anti-tuberculosis therapy on lesion absorption and inflammation in patients with bronchial tuberculosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple anti-tuberculosis combined with amikacin, and the research group was additionally given isoniazid bronchial intervention on the basis of the control group, and the absorption efficiency in the lesions was compared between the two groups. The changes of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were lower than those before treatment, and lower than those in the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Amikacin and isoniazid bronchial intervention combined with quadruple anti-tuberculosis treatment can promote the absorption and clearance of tuberculosis lesions in patients more effectively, reduce inflammation, and maintain high safety.
