Study on the relationship between daily sleep time and the risk of diabetes in pregnant women
Objective To explore the relationship between the daily sleep time and the risk of diabetes in pregnancy in elderly women. Methods 280 elderly parturients admitted to Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected to collect their sleep time. They were grouped according to whether the parturients were pregnant with diabetes, and analyzed the relationship between daily sleep time and the risk of pregnancy diabetes in elderly parturients. Results There were significant differences in BMI before pregnancy, abortion history, whether it was the first pregnancy, and family history of diabetes between the two groups(P<0.05);The proportion of patients with daily sleep time<7 h and 7~9 h in gestational diabetes group was higher than that in non-gestational diabetes group(P<0.05);Hierarchical analysis was carried out according to the pre pregnancy BMI,anxiety state and depression state. After adjusting other confounding factors,it was shown that there was an interaction between the pre pregnancy BMI and the daily sleep time on the risk of diabetes in pregnancy(P<0.05).The daily sleep time>9 h was the protective factor for the incidence of diabetes in pregnancy in elderly women(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the daily sleep time and the risk of diabetes in pregnancy of elderly women.By increasing the sleep time of elderly women, the risk of diabetes in pregnancy can be reduced to a certain extent.
