The Observations of Labetalol with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy. Methods 86 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who were admitted to the Central Hospital of Xuchang, affiliated with Henan University of Science and Technology, from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group(43 cases, treated with Magnesium Sulfate)and an experimental group(43 cases, treated with Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate)according to the random number table method, and the treatment conditions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the blood pressure levels and 24-hour urinary protein quantification of both groups decreased, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(97.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.72%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in mothers and newborns in the experimental group(2.32%,0)was lower than that in the control group(13.95%,9.30%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in patients in both groups was compared, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Labetalol and Magnesium Sulfate in patients with hypertension during pregnancy can improve their blood pressure levels and 24-hour urinary protein quantification, increase the effective rate of treatment, reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes, and is safe and reliable.
