The Influence Factors of Biochemical Test Results for Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To analyze the influence factors of biochemical test results for hemodialysis patients, providing basis on the planning of the clinical solutions. Methods A cluster stratified sampling method was used for sampling survey, and 110 patients who received dialysis treatment at Yongmei Group General Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study sample. All patients undergo blood biochemistry tests.According to the accuracy of blood biochemical tests,110 samples were assigned to accurate group(n=104)and false group(n=6).Compare the differences in data related to laboratory science between two groups(blood sample gender, qualified collection procedure, the tester's work experience and education background, instrument operation, collected blood volume, storage time, blood sampling method and sterile operation environment). The differences were substituted into the logistic regression equation for calculation, and the influencing factors of the biochemical test results of dialysis patients were analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the gender of the testing accuracy group and the testing error group, the years of work of the testing personnel, and the educational background of the testing personnel. However, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in whether the instrument operation was appropriate, whether the blood collection volume was sufficient, whether the blood sample was placed for a long time, whether the blood collection method was appropriate, and whether the operating environment was sterile;By incorporating relevant differential factors into the logistic regression equation calculation,it was found that improper instrument operation, insufficient blood collection volume, blood sample placement time>3 h,inappropriate blood collection methods, and poor sterile execution effect in the operating environment are all influencing factors on the biochemical test results of dialysis patients. Conclusion The influence factors of biochemical test results are the improper instrument operation, insufficient blood volume, storage time>3 h,improper blood sampling method and poor sterile execution effect in the operating environment.More attention needs to be paid in the actual examination process to improve the accuracy of biochemical tests.
