The Impact of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Based on the Theory of Timeliness Motivation on Pain and Emotion in Patients undergoing Thyroid Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of Fast Track Surgery(FTS)nursing based on the theory of time-effectiveness incentive on the pain and emotion of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery. Methods 72 patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery who were treated at Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. All the selected patients were divided into a control group(36 cases, routine nursing)and an intervention group(36 cases,FTS nursing based on the theory of time-effectiveness incentive)according to the random principle, and the pain and emotional state of the two groups were compared. Results After surgery at 6 h,12 h,and 24 h,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One day before surgery, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P<0.05);three days after surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were both lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery,Fast Track Surgery(FTS)nursing based on the theory of time-effectiveness incentive can effectively alleviate their postoperative pain and regulate their emotional state, and it has a high application value.
