The Application Effect Bird Nest Nursing Combined With Blue Light Treatment in Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of bird nest nursing and blue light therapy on the treatment compliance and icteric index for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods A total of 78 NHB patients treated from January 2020 to December 2022 in Luohe Orthopaedic Hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to random interval method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups received blue light treatment.The control group received routine care during the treatment period,,while the study group received bird nest nursing during the treatment period.Serum bilirubin,icteric index,symptom relief time and treatment compliance of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before care,serum bilirubin and icteric index between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05);after care,serum bilirubin and icteric index of both groups decreased,and the study group were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the skin color and stool color recovery time,jaundice disappearance time and incubator leaving time in the study group were shorter than control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the adverse event rates in the study group(10.26%)were lower than control group(30.77%),with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the treatment compliance in the study group(89.74%)was higher than control group(61.54%),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The bird nest nursing combined with blue light therapy can improve the treatment effect on NHB,which is reflected in reducing jaundice index,serum bilirubin,and accelerating the improvement time of basic symptoms.At the same time,it can significantly improve the treatment compliance of NHB children and prevent potential adverse reactions during blue light therapy.
