摘要

目的 探讨视频教学结合案例式立体教学法在实习护生中心静脉导管(PICC)维护中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 7 月至 2024 年 3 月期间在鹤壁市人民医院甲乳外科及老年科实习的 80 例护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组,分为研究组与对照组,各 40 例,对照组进行常规教学模式,研究组给予视频教学结合案例式立体教学法.比较两组PICC维护考核情况、实习满意度.结果 研究组理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组授课形式评分、学习兴趣评分、提高学习效率评分、自学能力评分、临床思维能力评分、理论与实践结合能力评分、团队沟通与协作评分、对PICC教学评分等均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 视频教学结合案例式立体教学法应用于实习护生PICC维护中,可有效提升实习护生PICC维护水平、实习满意度.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of video teaching combined with case teaching method in the peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)for nursing students.Methods A total of 80 nursing interns in the Department of nail and breast surgery and geriatrics of our hospital from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to random number table method,including study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the research group was given video teaching combined with case-based three-dimensional teaching method.Compared the PICC maintenance assessment and internship satisfaction of the two groups.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teaching style,learning interest,problem analysis ability,self-study ability,clinical thinking ability,combination of theory and practice,team communication and collaboration,language expression and summary ability of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video teaching combined with case teaching method in PICC maintenance can effectively improve PICC maintenance level and internship satisfaction of nursing students.
