Clinical Value of Hepatitis B Vaccination on the Prevention and Control of Hepatitis B Virus Infections
Objective To analyze the vaccination effect and value of hepatitis B vaccine to prevent and control hepatitis B infection. Methods A total of 120 children vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into three groups according to age,namely,A(<2 years old),B(2-6 years old),and C(7-10 years old). The immune responses after hepatitis B vaccination in different age groups were statistically compared, and the antibody levels in different age groups were compared. Results The effective rates of immune response in the children were compared, groups A,B,and C were 85.37%,69.23%,and 60.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before vaccination, there was no difference in the antibody levels among the three groups of children(P>0.05).After vaccination, the antibody levels in Group A were higher than before vaccination, and higher than Group B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between Groups B and C and before vaccination(P>0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis B vaccine can actively prevent and control the infection rate of hepatitis B.The younger the children are vaccinated, the higher the immune response rate will be.Therefore, hepatitis B vaccine should be vaccinated as soon as possible.
