The Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Remifentanil on Anesthesia Effect,Stress Response, and Hemodynamics in Patients Undergoing Hepatectomy
Objective To explore the effect of combined application of remifentanil and sufentanil on the anesthesia effect, stress response, and hemodynamics of patients undergoing hepatectomy. Methods This study is a prospective study.82 patients undergoing hepatectomy in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into the research group(remifentanil combined with sufentanil anesthesia)and the conventional group(remifentanil anesthesia)by the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The stress response, analgesic effect, and hemodynamic indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Compared with 0 min before anesthesia(T1),the levels of adrenaline(E)and norepinephrine(NE)in patients undergoing hepatectomy in both groups increased 1 min after intubation(T3)and 1 min after extubation(T4),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 12 h after surgery(T7)and 24 h after surgery(T8),the levels of E and NE in both groups decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at T3,T4,6 h after surgery(T6),T7,and T8,the levels of E and NE in the research group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The agitation score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, and sedation/alertness score of patients in the research group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with T1,the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels of patients in both groups decreased immediately before intubation(T2),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and at T3,T4,and 5 min after extubation(T5),the HR and MAP levels of the research group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil and sufentanil combined anesthesia can effectively stabilize the patient's hemodynamics, maintain a good anesthesia effect, and reduce the patient's postoperative pain, agitation, and stress response.
