Observing the Efficacy of Multi-Port Laparoscopic Radical Surgery in Treating Cervical Cancer and Its Impact on Patients
Objective To analyze the efficacy of multi-port laparoscopic radical surgery in treating cervical cancer and its impact on patients'negative emotions and prognosis. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,96 patients with cervical cancer in the New District Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were set as the research objects. They were divided into groups according to the random single and double number draw method(those who drew odd numbers entered the control group, and those who drew even numbers entered the research group),each with 48 cases. The control group underwent traditional open surgery, and the research group underwent multi-port laparoscopic radical surgery. The surgical indicators, postoperative complications,pre-and postoperative negative emotion scores[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],pre-and postoperative cancer patient quality of life measurement scale(FACT-G),and patient prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group. The number of lymph nodes cleared was more than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before surgery, and the scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative FACT-G scores of each dimension of the two groups were higher than before surgery, and the scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no recurrence in the 48 samples of the research group within 10 months after surgery, and 4 cases recurred in the control group within 10 months after surgery, with a recurrence rate of 8.33%.The recurrence rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,multi-port laparoscopic radical surgery for the treatment of cervical cancer has a more ideal efficacy and prognosis, and can also reduce the breeding of negative emotions during the perioperative period, which is worth applying.
