An Observation of Diosmin Combined with Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment in Treating the Traumatic Marginal Edema After the Anorectal Surgery
Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of diosmin combined with Ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment in treating the traumatic marginal edema after the anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients of undergoing the anorectal surgery from January 2021 to December 2022 in the Department of Anorectal Surgery at Affiliated Hospital of Jiaozuo Staff Medical College were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received treatment with Diosmin,while the observation group received treatment with Diosmin combined with Ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment.Clinical indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,treatment effectiveness,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The edema disappearance time,wound healing time,duration of bleeding after defecation and hospital stays in the observation group were significantly shorter than control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);after 3d and 7d of surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the total effective treatment rates in the observation group(96.00%)were significantly higher than control group(76.00%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the adverse drug rates between groups were not significantly different(P＞0.05).Conclusion Diosmin and ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment has a significant effect on the treatment of traumatic marginal edema in anorectal surgery,it can effectively reduce the patient's edema disappearance time,wound healing time,duration of bleeding after defecation,reduces postoperative pain in patients,and has high medication safety,making it worthy of application.
