The Value Analysis of Ultrasound-Cardiogram combined with Carotid Visa Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound-cardiogram(UCG)combined with carotid visa ultrasound(CVUS)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 105 suspected CHD patients who received treatment at the First People's Hospital of Xiangfu District,Kaifeng City from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected.Coronary angiography(CAG)was used as the diagnostic gold standard, and all patients underwent UCG and CVUS examinations. The diagnostic efficacy of UCG,CVUS,and combined examinations was compared, and UCG and CVUS examinations were compared between CHD and non-CHD patients. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy of the combined examination were higher than those of UCG and CVUS single examination, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy between UCG examination and CVUS examination(P>0.05);The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the CHD group was lower than that of the non-CHD group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),myocardial composite index(Tei index),and left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)were higher than those of the non-CHD group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The plaque score and carotid intima-media thickness in the CHD group were higher than those in the non-CHD group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion UCG combined with CVUS examination has a higher diagnostic value for CHD and is more effective than a single examination.
