Retrospective Analysis of Diagnostic Efficiency of Multislice Spiral CT in Patients with Abdominal Closed Trauma
Objective To retrospectively analyze the diagnostic efficiency of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in patients with abdominal closed trauma. Methods Eighty-six suspected cases of abdominal closed trauma admitted to Henan Power Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 underwent MSCT examination, and the results were compared with CT plain scan and CT enhancement. Results Surgical pathology results:80 positive cases out of 86,and 6 negative cases.CT enhancement results:78 positive cases,8 negative cases;CT plain scan results:68 positive cases,18 negative cases. The diagnostic conformity rate of CT enhancement(95.35%)was higher than that of CT plain scan(74.42%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);the sensitivity, accuracy, and specificity of CT enhancement were 96.25%,83.33%,and 95.35%,respectively,which were higher than those of CT plain scan(78.75%,16.67%,and 74.42%,respectively),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Surgical pathology results:13 cases of rib fractures,24 cases of spleen injuries,10 cases of kidney injuries,11 cases of pancreatic injuries,13 cases of lung contusions, and 9 cases of liver injuries. The diagnostic conformity rate of CT enhancement for injury types was 97.50%,compared to 85.00%for CT plain scan, with statistical significance(P<0.05);CT enhancement imaging rates for Grade Ⅰ and Grade Ⅲ were superior to CT plain scan, with statistical significance(P<0.05);CT enhancement Grade Ⅱ was lower than CT plain scan, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion MSCT is highly effective in diagnosing abdominal closed trauma, especially CT enhancement scanning, which exhibits higher sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, providing valuable time for rescuing patients with abdominal closed trauma and offering scientific reference for subsequent treatment plans.
