Application of Nursing Program Based on ERAS Concept in Perioperative Period of Rheumatic Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the application value of nursing program based on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)concept in the perioperative period of rheumatic heart disease. Methods Eighty-two patients undergoing surgery for rheumatic heart disease admitted to Zhoukou City Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by simple randomization method. The control group(41 cases)received routine perioperative nursing intervention, and the study group(41 cases)received nursing program based on ERAS concept.Perioperative related indicators of the two groups were recorded, and the changes of serum myocardial injury related indicators, psychological emotions score,Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)score before and after intervention in both groups were compared. The incidence of postoperative complications in both groups was recorded. Results The extubation, defecation, mobilization, and length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum BNP and CK-MB levels after intervention in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and SCL-90 scores after intervention in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the coping score after intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the surrender and avoidance scores were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group(4.88%)was lower than that in the control group(21.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing program based on ERAS concept can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with rheumatic heart disease, improve negative emotional status and disease coping methods, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and decrease serum BNP and CK-MB levels.
