Analysis of the Quality of Nursing in Emergency Surgery with the Use of Shock Index Assessment Combined with Crisis Management Model
Objective To analyze the quality of nursing in emergency surgery with the use of shock index assessment combined with crisis management model.Methods 100 patients and 40 nursing staff in Xuchang Longhu Hospital emergency surgery department from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.Both patients and nursing staff were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of patients(50 cases),the research group of patients(50 cases);the control group of nursing staff(20 cases),the research group of nursing staff(20 cases).The control group was given the crisis management model,and the research group was given the shock index assessment on the basis of the control group.The diagnosis time,emergency to surgery time,emergency room stay time,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),quality of life,and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared,and the quality of nursing operation level of the two groups of nursing staff was compared.Results Patients in the study group confirmed,The time of consultation,time from emergency to surgery and length of stay in the emergency room were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the study group patients physiology State Score,Social Functioning Score,Environmental Impact Score,Physical Pain Score,General Health Score,Social Functioning Score,Emotional Role Score,Mental Health The scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group There was statistical significance(P<0.05).After the training,the nursing quality operation score of the nursing staff in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of shock index assessment combined with crisis management model in emergency surgery can effectively shorten the diagnosis time of patients,alleviate anxiety and depression,and improve the nursing quality operation level of nursing staff.
