Application Effect of Whole Process Nursing Combined with Emotional Nursing in Amniocentesis for Pregnant Women
Objective To explore the effect of whole process nursing combined with emotional nursing on improving the cooperation of pregnant women in amniocentesis. Methods 82 pregnant women who underwent amniocentesis in Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received whole process nursing combined with emotional nursing. The cooperation degree, vital signs(diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, heart rate),negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The cooperation degree of the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of both groups decreased, and the heart rate of the control group increased. The diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, and heart rate of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the negative emotion scores of both groups decreased, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group(73.17%)was lower than that of the observation group(95.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(21.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of whole process nursing combined with emotional nursing for pregnant women undergoing amniocentesis can improve the degree of cooperation, alleviate the psychological pressure of patients, improve the negative emotions of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications.
