Application Study of Self-Management Program Based on 5A Nursing Model in Infertility Patients
Objective To explore the application of self-management program based on 5A nursing model in patients undergoing In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET).Methods 80 infertility patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received self-management program based on 5A nursing model.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(B-IPQ),and Fertility Quality of Life(FertiQoL)before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disease perception control ability score and fertility quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of self-management program based on 5A nursing model in infertility patients can effectively improve negative emotions,enhance disease perception control ability,and improve fertility quality of life.
