Clinical Effect of High-Flux Hemodialysis and Its Impact on Inflammatory Factors in the Treatment of End-Stage Renal Disease
Objective To study the clinical effect of high-flux hemodialysis and its impact on inflammatory factors in the treatment of end-stage renal disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in Changshu Southeast Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected. They were divided into the intervention group(n=40)and the conventional group(n=40)by the random number table method. The conventional group was treated with conventional low-flux hemodialysis, and the intervention group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis.During this period, the inflammatory factors, myocardial injury indicators, and dialysis complications of the patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial injury indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial injury indicators in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of dialysis complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating end-stage renal disease, choosing high-flux hemodialysis can effectively reduce the level of inflammation in patients, reduce myocardial injury indicators, and has higher safety, which is worth applying in clinical treatment.
