Observation of the Effect of Facial Liposuction and Thread Lifting Combined with Ultrasound Cannon Treatment on Patients with Facial and Neck Aging
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of facial liposuction and thread lifting combined with ultrasound cannon treatment on patients with facial and neck aging.Methods From September 2022 to January 2024,60 patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment at Guangji Cardiovascular Disease Hospital of Zhumadian were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with facial liposuction and thread lifting,and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with ultrasound cannon on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin condition before and after treatment,degree of facial rejuvenation,pain degree,and skin barrier function of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the skin condition and degree of facial rejuvenation were better than those of the control group,and the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Transepidermal Water Loss(TEWL)were lower than those of the control group,and the skin oil and water content were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of facial liposuction and thread lifting combined with ultrasound cannon treatment on patients with facial and neck aging is significant,which can effectively improve the skin condition of patients,promote facial rejuvenation,enhance skin barrier function,and cause less pain to patients.
