摘要
目的 探究半夏厚朴汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流(GERD)效果.方法 选择 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月在信阳市人民医院治疗的 102 例GERD患者,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(奥美拉唑)及研究组(奥美拉唑联合半夏厚朴汤)各51例,对比两组中医证候积分、胃肠激素、肠道菌群、临床疗效、不良反应.结果 治疗后,两组反酸、嗳气、半夜呛咳、咽喉痰梗、胸膺不适、吞咽困难积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组胃促生长素、胃泌素均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组肠球菌、肠杆菌数量降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量升高,且研究组多于对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 GERD患者接受半夏厚朴汤联合奥美拉唑,效果显著,可调节肠道菌群,改善胃肠激素水平,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Houpo decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods A total of 102 patients with GERD treated in Xinyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into the control group(omeprazole)and the research group(omeprazole combined with Banxia Houpo decoction)with 51 cases each using the random number table method.The TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormones,intestinal flora,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of acid reflux,belching,nocturnal cough,pharyngeal sputum obstruction,chest discomfort,and dysphagia in both groups decreased,and the research group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin and gastric growth factor in both groups increased,and the research group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of enterococci and enterobacteria in both groups decreased,and the research group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in both groups increased,and the research group was more than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The clinical effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion GERD patients receiving Banxia Houpo decoction combined with omeprazole have significant effects,can regulate intestinal flora,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,and have high safety.
