Application of Alpha-Fetoprotein Combined with Alpha-Fetoprotein-L3,Alkaline Phosphatase, and Acid Hydrolase in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Objective To discuss the value of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alpha-fetoprotein-L3(AFP-L3),and α-L-fucosidase(AFU)in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 120 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the hepatocellular carcinoma group.Another 120 cases of cirrhosis patients admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the cirrhosis group. In addition,120 healthy individuals who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group. All research subjects were given AFP,ALP,AFP-L3,and AFU tests, and the levels of AFP,AFP-L3,ALP,and AFU in the three groups were compared,as well as the positive rate of single AFP,AFP-L3,ALP,and AFU detection and combined detection in the hepatocellular carcinoma group and the cirrhosis group. Results The levels of AFP,ALP,AFP-L3,and AFU in the hepatocellular carcinoma group were all higher than those in the cirrhosis group and the healthy group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rate of single AFP,AFP-L3,ALP,and AFU detection and combined detection in the hepatocellular carcinoma group was higher than that in the cirrhosis group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of the four indicators in the hepatocellular carcinoma group was 98.33%,which was higher than the 76.67%,73.33%,41.67%,and 74.17%of single AFP,AFP-L3,ALP,and AFU detection, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of the four indicators in the cirrhosis group was 68.33%,which was higher than the 51.67%,5.00%,20.83%,and 5.83%of single AFP,AFP-L3,ALP,and AFU detection, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of AFP,ALP,AFP-L3,and AFU in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma has a high value and is worth applying in clinical practice.
