Analysis of Risk Factors and Nursing Strategies for Postoperative Kinesiophobia in Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Nodule Resection
Objective To analyze the risk factors for postoperative kinesiophobia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection and to develop nursing strategies. Methods A total of 99 patients who underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection in Xinxiang First People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected.A self-designed general information questionnaire was used to collect their basic information, the occurrence of postoperative kinesiophobia was statistically analyzed, and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to clarify the risk factors for postoperative kinesiophobia. Results Among the 99 patients,38 cases(38.38%)developed postoperative kinesiophobia. The age of the kinesiophobia group was older than that of the non-kinesiophobia group, the proportion of high school and below education level, the proportion of personal monthly income≤3 000 yuan, the proportion of no surgical history, the degree of pain, and the score of pain catastrophizing were higher, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the social support score was lower, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high school and below education level(OR=3.294),degree of pain(OR=3.458),and degree of pain catastrophizing(OR=3.912)were independent risk factors for postoperative kinesiophobia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and social support(OR=0.676)was a protective factor, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative kinesiophobia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection is closely related to education level, social support, degree of pain, and pain catastrophizing.Clinically, targeted nursing strategies should be developed to reduce the incidence of kinesiophobia.
