Value of Personalized Health Education Combined with Psychological Care in Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Gallbladder Stones
Objective To explore the role of personalized health education combined with psychological care in patients with gallbladder stones during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent gallbladder stone surgery in Anyang People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected. They were divided into the control group(routine care,41 cases)and the observation group(personalized health education combined with psychological care,41 cases)using the random number table method. The clinical indicators, negative emotion scores, quality of life scores, complication rates, and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared. Results The first eating time, bowel sound recovery time, first flatus time, and first defecation time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention, the negative emotion scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention, the quality of life scores of both groups improved, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(7.32%)was lower than that of the control group(29.27%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education for patients with gallbladder stone surgery during the perioperative period can improve patients'anxiety and depression, enhance patients'quality of life, reduce complications, promote patient recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction.
