个性化健康教育联合心理护理在胆囊结石围术期护理干预价值

目的 探究在胆囊结实围术期患者中采取个性化健康教育联合心理护理的作用。方法 选取 2021 年 2 月至2023 年 2 月期间在安阳市人民医院实施胆囊结石手术患者 82 例,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(个性化健康教育联合心理护理)各 41 例,比较两组临床指标、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度评分。结果 观察组首次进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。干预后,两组患者不良情绪评分均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);干预后,两组患者各项生活质量评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组并发症发生率(7。32%)低于对照组(29。27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 对胆囊结石手术患者围术期进行个性化健康教育,可改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升患者生活质量,减少并发症,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。
Value of Personalized Health Education Combined with Psychological Care in Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Gallbladder Stones
Objective To explore the role of personalized health education combined with psychological care in patients with gallbladder stones during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent gallbladder stone surgery in Anyang People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected.They were divided into the control group(routine care,41 cases)and the observation group(personalized health education combined with psychological care,41 cases)using the random number table method.The clinical indicators,negative emotion scores,quality of life scores,complication rates,and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The first eating time,bowel sound recovery time,first flatus time,and first defecation time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the negative emotion scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(7.32%)was lower than that of the control group(29.27%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education for patients with gallbladder stone surgery during the perioperative period can improve patients'anxiety and depression,enhance patients'quality of life,reduce complications,promote patient recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
