Objective To explore the impact of the stratified nursing model based on quantitative evaluation on the disease shame and negative emotions of patients with uremia. Methods A total of 90 patients with uremia treated in Luoyang Oriental People's Hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random control, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with the conventional nursing model, and the research group was intervened with the stratified nursing model based on quantitative evaluation on this basis. The negative emotions, disease shame, nutritional status, and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared, and the complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results After intervention, the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Social Impact Scale(SIS)in the research group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA),and the score of the General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the research group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of patients with uremia using the stratified nursing model based on quantitative evaluation can significantly reduce their negative emotions and disease shame, improve the body's nutritional status, reduce complications, improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
