Study on the Application Effect of Dual Heart Nursing Mode in Exercise Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Stent Implantation
Objective To analyze the application effect of double heart nursing mode in in the exercise rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease stent implantation. Methods A total of 88 cases of coronary heart disease were treated with stent implantation at the Seventh People's Hospital in Zhengzhou City between January 2021 and December 2022.These patients were selected as a research sample due to their fear of exercise. In a randomized,interval-based study, the control and experimental groups were established. The control group received conventional care(44 cases),while the experimental group received conventional care and a novel dual heart care model(44 cases). The changes in the scores for the Tampa Scale of KinesiophobiaHeart(TSK-SV Heart),General Self-E fficacy Scale(GSES),and short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)were evaluated before and after the nursing care. Results Prior to the implementation of nursing care,no statistically significant difference was observed between the TSK-SV Heart scores of the two groups(P>0.05).However,following the introduction of nursing care, the experimental group exhibited lower TSK-SV Heart scale scores for danger perception, motor fear, motor avoidance, and dysfunction than the control group(P<0.05).Prior to nursing care,no statistically significant difference was observed between the GSES scores of the two groups(P>0.05).However,following nursing care, the experimental group exhibited higher pain management and symptom coping scores,as well as a higher somatic function score,on the GSES scale, compared to the control group. These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Prior to the implementation of nursing care, the SF-36 scores of the two groups of patients were compared, and no statistically significant differences were observed(P>0.05).Following the introduction of nursing care, the experimental group exhibited higher life scores in all dimensions compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the dual heart care model for patients with exercise fear in patients undergoing coronary stent implantation has the potential to significantly improve their exercise fear and enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life. This approach is therefore worthy of further investigation.
