Investigation of Self-Efficacy,Risk Factors, and Intervention Strategies in Patients with Primary Biliary Reflux Gastritis
Objective To investigate the self-efficacy of patients with Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(PBRG),analyze its risk factors, and formulate reasonable intervention strategies. Methods A total of 108 PBRG patients admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from May 2020 to February 2023 were selected. The General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)was used to investigate the current status of patients'self-efficacy.Their basic information was collected, and univariate analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were conducted. Results The average GSES score of the 108 PBRG patients was(23.86±3.24)points.The GSES scores of patients aged≥60 years, with junior high school education or below, disease duration≥2 years,self-paying,negative coping style, having adverse psychological status, and low social support were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age≥60 years, junior high school education or below, disease duration≥2 years,self-paying,negative coping style, having adverse psychological status, and low social support were independent risk factors affecting the GSES score of PBRG patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy of PBRG patients is at a medium level.Factors such as age, educational level, disease duration, payment method, coping style, adverse psychological status, and social support may all have an impact. Therefore, targeted intervention strategies should be formulated.
