Clinical Efficacy of Hemodialysis Filtration Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure and Its Impact on Renal Function
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis filtration combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure and its impact on renal function.Methods 72 patients with chronic renal failure treated in the Blood Center of The Second People's Hospital of Xinxiang from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,each with 36 cases,by the method of random arrangement.They were treated with hemodialysis(single group)and hemodialysis filtration+hemodialysis(combined group),respectively.The changes of renal function indicators and the level of inflammatory factors before and after intervention in the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inorganic phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH),serum creatinine(Scr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of P,PTH,Scr,and BUN in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,PCT,and hs-CRP in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis filtration combined with hemodialysis has significant efficacy,can improve the renal function indicators of patients,and its mechanism of action may be related to the thorough clearance of various molecular toxins in the body and the alleviation of inflammatory response,which is worth clinical application.
