Study on the Correlation between Apolipoprotein B Metabolic Level and Blood Lipid Indicators in Patients with Dyslipidemia
Objective To explore the correlation between the metabolic level of apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and blood lipid indicators in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods 150 patients with dyslipidemia admitted to the Fourth Clinical College of Xinxiang Medical University,Xinxiang Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research group.According to the type of dyslipidemia, they were divided into hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, and low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. At the same time,150 healthy people who underwent physical examination were selected as the control group. Both groups underwent total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)tests, and the blood lipid-related indicators of the research group and the control group were analyzed. The test analysis results and the correlation between ApoB and other indicators were discussed. Results The LDL-C,TG,TC,and ApoB indicators of the research group were higher than those of the control group, while the HDL-C indicator was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Among the 150 patients with dyslipidemia,10 cases were primary dyslipidemia(6.67%)and 140 cases were secondary dyslipidemia(93.33%).There was no obvious correlation between TG,TC,HDL-C and ApoB,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).LDL-C was positively correlated with ApoB,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Secondary dyslipidemia is common in patients with dyslipidemia, and ApoB metabolic abnormalities are related to low-density lipoprotein abnormalities. In patients suspected of hyperlipidemia, the detection of ApoB can predict the occurrence and development of the disease, and provide a reference for the formulation of subsequent clinical treatment plans and prognosis evaluation.
