Analysis of the Impact of Evidence-Based Anticipatory Care in the Anesthesia Recovery Room on the Recovery Level of Post-Anesthesia Patients and Agitation during the Recovery Period
Objective To explore the application value of anticipatory care based on evidence-based theory in the anesthesia recovery room for post-anesthesia patients. Methods A total of 140 research samples were selected from the anesthesia recovery room of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.All were post-general anesthesia cases waiting for recovery.According to the difference in nursing plans, they were divided into the research group(n=70,adopting anticipatory care based on evidence-based theory+routine care)and the control group(n=70,adopting routine care). The recovery situation, satisfaction, complication rate, clinical indicators(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate),pain score, and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed. Results The recovery time, autonomous breathing recovery time, room stay time, and hospitalization time of the research group were all shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the operation, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate levels between the two groups(P>0.05);during the recovery period, the blood pressure and heart rate indicators of both groups increased, but the indicators of the research group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of quality of life and pain score between the two groups(P>0.05),after nursing, the scores of both groups improved, and the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the anesthesia recovery room, anticipatory care based on evidence-based theory has an ideal application value for post-anesthesia patients. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients during the recovery period, reduce complications, improve postoperative recovery, reduce pain, and improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, which has clinical application significance.
