Analysis of the Application Effect of Problem-Oriented Nursing in the Anesthesia Recovery Period of Children Undergoing Laparoscopic General Anesthesia
Objective To explore the intervention value of problem-oriented nursing in the anesthesia recovery period of children undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia. Methods 92 children who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Children's Hospital Affiliated of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, each with 46 cases. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received problem-oriented nursing on the basis of the control group. The recovery quality, agitation, anesthesia recovery, and complications of the two groups of children were compared. Results The scores of each dimension of the Steward recovery score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Ramsay score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of eye opening, recovery of spontaneous breathing, and extubation in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group(4.35%)was lower than that in the control group(17.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of problem-oriented nursing in children undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia can improve the quality of recovery, alleviate agitation, enhance the effect of anesthesia recovery, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worth clinical application.
