Application of"5E"Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Crede Bladder Function Training in Patients with Neurogenic Bladder after Spinal Cord Injury
Objective To explore the effect of"5E"rehabilitation nursing combined with Crede bladder function training in patients with neurogenic bladder(NB)after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods 86 patients with NB after SCI admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into intervention group(n=43,"5E"rehabilitation nursing combined with Crede bladder function training)and control group(n=43,routine nursing)by random number table method.The bladder function,urination indicators,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the bladder capacity and maximum urine flow rate of both groups increased,and the residual urine volume decreased.The bladder capacity and maximum urine flow rate of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the residual urine volume was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the number of urinations and daily leakage times of both groups decreased,and the amount of urine per time increased.The number of urinations and daily leakage times of the intervention group were less than those of the control group,and the amount of urine per time of the intervention group was more than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)of both groups increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"5E"rehabilitation nursing combined with Crede bladder function training in patients with NB after SCI can improve bladder function and urination indicators and improve the quality of life.
