Clinical Efficacy of Butylphthalide Injection Combined with Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide injection combined with alteplase(rt-PA)intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Eighty patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a study group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table. The control group received rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, while the study group received butylphthalide injection combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis. The clinical efficacy, hemorheology, cerebral blood flow perfusion, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in the study group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity(HSV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LSV),and plasma viscosity(PSV)decreased in both groups, and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the cerebral blood volume(CBV)and cerebral blood flow(CBF)increased, and the mean transit time(MTT)shortened in both groups. The CBV and CBF levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the MTT was shorter, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(7.50%)and the control group(12.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of butylphthalide injection and rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of ACI can improve clinical efficacy, enhance hemorheology, increase cerebral blood flow perfusion, and has a high safety profile.
