Clinical Study on the Combined Detection of Tumor Markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199 in Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective selection of 106 patients with gastric diseases treated at Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 was conducted.Among them,53 patients were diagnosed with gastric cancer and set as the study group, while the other 53 patients were diagnosed with benign gastric diseases and set as the control group. Both groups underwent combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199.The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficiency of single and combined detection of various tumor markers,as well as the results of various tumor marker indicators in the two groups, were observed. Results The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The tumor marker indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199,through comprehensive analysis of the changes in different tumor markers, can comprehensively assess the patient's condition, help in the early detection and diagnosis of gastric cancer, and improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis, making it worthy of clinical application.
