Effect Analysis of High-Volume Ropivacaine Serratus Anterior Plane Block Combined with General Anesthesia in Thoracoscopic Lung Surgery
Objective To explore the value of high-volume ropivacaine serratus anterior plane block in thoracoscopic lung surgery based on general anesthesia. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung surgery at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from October 2021 to December 2023 were selected.According to the anesthesia plan, they were divided into the study group(n=40,high-volume ropivacaine Serratus anterior plane block+general anesthesia)and the control group(n=40,general anesthesia). The differences in anesthesia effects, recovery conditions, pain levels, and satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed. Results Before anesthesia, there were no statistically significant differences in anesthesia-related indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after extubation and 5 minutes after extubation, the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The study group had shorter times for postoperative awakening, recovery of spontaneous breathing, stay in the anesthesia recovery room, and hospitalization compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before surgery, there were no statistically significant differences in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery, the pain scores in both groups decreased, and the pain scores at 2 hours,6 hours, and 12 hours postoperatively in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in pain scores between the two groups at 24 hours and 48 hours postoperatively(P>0.05).The postoperative satisfaction rate in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In thoracoscopic lung surgery, the flexible application of high-volume ropivacaine Serratus anterior plane block based on general anesthesia can enhance the anesthesia effect, alleviate pain, improve perioperative outcomes, and increase patient satisfaction. It has clinical application significance.
