Comparative Analysis of Serum Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibody Detection Methods in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective To analyze and compare the detection methods of serum anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 90 RA patients treated at Xinxiang Central Hospital from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as research subjects. All patients underwent serum anti-CCP antibody detection using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunocolloidal gold method, immunoturbidimetric method, and chemiluminescence method. The concordance rates of various detection methods with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were compared, and the precision of the detection methods with higher concordance rates was evaluated. Results The positive concordance rates of the immunocolloidal gold method, immunoturbidimetric method, and chemiluminescence method with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were 94.44%,88.89%,and 100%,respectively.The overall concordance rates were 86.67%,83.33%,and 97.78%,respectively.The Kappa values were 0.39,0.61,and 0.86,respectively.The temperature fluctuation of the chemiluminescence instrument did not exceed 1℃,the repeatability of luminescence did not exceed 5%,the stability change of luminescence did not exceed±5%,and the precision change did not exceed 8%.The chemiluminescence method had high diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion The chemiluminescence method has good consistency with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and high precision, meeting clinical diagnostic requirements. It is worth considering as the preferred method for initial screening of serum anti-CCP antibodies to improve diagnostic accuracy.
